Since our founding in 2000, ConsumerInsight has consistently conducted industry-specific syndicated studies, building a strong foundation of domain expertise. Based on this foundation, we have delivered high-quality research services, earning the trust and support of numerous clients — something we take great pride in.

Our mission is to understand customer experiences, measure and evaluate their quality, and publicly share those insights with the market. This work would not be possible without objectivity, neutrality, and independence — values we hold as a research firm. It also requires uncompromising data quality and a deep understanding of markets and consumers.

To achieve this, we have focused on building a high-quality consumer panel that is both representative and free from contamination. By minimizing self-selection bias through probability-based sampling, we have created one of the most reliable datasets in the industry — a key source of our competitive strength.
